Silver Glades is located in an unspoilt area which naturally has an abundance of wildlife.  Efforts have been made through developing habitats and providing food supplies to encourage as much wildlife as possible to use the gardens on a regular basis.

Guests will have the opportunity to see a great deal of wildlife on the site and in the surrounding area.

There is a nearby, national nature reserve at Newtown where the creek provides a spectacular environment which hosts a wide variety of wetland birds, according to the season.
