Silver Glades is a spacious and tranquil, three and a half acre garden park in red squirrel woodland.  It is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, two and a half miles from Yarmouth.

The family run site is friendly, child-safe and ideal for Island visits, walking, cycling or relaxation.

There are ten, six-berth caravans, each with 2 or 3 bedrooms.  Wide 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units offer more spacious, all-round accommodation.

All caravans and buildings are non-smoking.  Smoking is permitted in the gardens.

Each caravan has electricity, gas and water provided.  The kitchens include microwave, kettle, refrigerator, cooker and enough equipment for six people.

Bathroom facilities include a shower, toilet and wash basin in each caravan.

Duvets and pillows are provided.  However, guests should bring pillow cases, sheets, duvet covers and towels.

One parking space per caravan is provided in the car park.  To maintain safety and peace, cars are not allowed in the garden.

Luggage trolleys are provided and caravans close to the car park can be requested, if mobility is an issue.

A site laundry room has washing, drying and ironing facilities.

Play/activity equipment is provided for younger children to use under the supervision of their carers.

There is a playground with swings and climbing frame, together with areas for badminton, football, table tennis, swing ball, cricket and rounders.  The site is particularly suitable for children up to the age of 12.

Concrete paths connect the caravans to the laundry/toilet block and car park.

Pets are welcome provided they are supervised and not left alone in caravans or allowed to foul the site.  Pet-free caravans are available on request.

Reception has a range of tourist information and a library of books, wildlife and environmental information, jigsaws and wet/dry weather games.
